Sandra Ann “Sandy” Jester of Commerce, OK passed from this life Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Eastwood Manor in Commerce, OK. She was 70.

Sandy was born November 12, 1953 in Miami, OK. She had lived in the Picher and Commerce area most of her life. She graduated from Picher-Cardin High School Class of 1971. Sandy worked as a waitress at Red Lobster and Cracker Barrel in Joplin, MO. She was a member of First Christian Church in Miami, OK.

Sandy was preceded in death by her mother Hazel Sexton McNeely and 1 brother, Don Beason.

Survivors include 1 son, William Jester of Commerce, OK, 1 daughter, Melissa McDaniel and husband Robert of Miami, OK, 1 brother, William “Bill” Beason and wife Brenda of Commerce, OK, 2 grandchildren, Kylee Jester and Abigail Andrews and 3 great grandchildren, Khali Bell, Ky Bell and Zayla Andrews.




Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2023 at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Pastor Leon Weece will officiate.
