(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mrs. Joyce Barth, 88, of Gravette, Arkansas departed this life on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Ozark Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas. Joyce entered this life on November 13, 1935 in Collinsville, Oklahoma.
Joyce married Robert “Bobby” Barth in November of 1952. She worked as a nurse’s aide at the Gravette Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bobby” Barth; parents, John and Lucy (Morris) Combs; two sons, Jimmie Lee Bath and Terry Wayne Barth and a brother, John Combs.
Joyce is survived by her son, Robert "Bob" Barth and wife Vicki of Noel, MO, a granddaughter; Jennifer Yeager and husband Matt of Bentonville, Arkansas; great granddaughters, Elizabeth Ann Yeager and Emily Katherine Yeager; sister-in-law, Judy Combs of Collinsville, Oklahoma; siblings, Peggy Cantrell of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Bob Combs of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Freida Barlow of Springfield, Missouri, Jeannine Carlile of Collinsville, Oklahoma; as well as host of other family and friends.
Funeral services for Joyce will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023 at the Noel Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Butler Creek Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas. Pastor Sherri Wymore will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the Funeral Home.
