Maria Hallbauer

Maria Kaylynn Hallbauer, 25, a resident of Afton, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, in Grove, Oklahoma. Maria was born on September 30, 1998, in Grove, Oklahoma, to Richard and Lisa (Barton) Hallbauer. 

Maria graduated from Afton High School with the class of 2018. She worked as a bartender and hostess for High Winds Casino, where she could always be seen with a warm smile on her face. 

She enjoyed reading, drawing, and painting. She was also a fan of Lilo and Stitch, and Harry Potter. More than anything she loved being a mother to her beautiful daughter, Cynthia. Those preceding Maria in passing includer her mother, Lisa Hallbauer, grandmother, Cindy Barton, her grandfather, Rick Barton, and her uncle, Shannon Barton.

Those left to share the beautiful memory of Maria include her daughter, Cynthia Kannmore, father, Richard Hallbauer, brother, Dylan Hallbauer, sisters, Brianna McDonald and Kelsey Kannmore, uncle, Rick Barton and his wife, Laci, aunt, Shelly Murry and her husband Anthony, and aunt, Brandy Trillo and her husband Arturo.

There will be a celebration of life at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 22, 2023, at Afton High School Gymnasium with Reverend Brian Gibson officiating. Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Afton, Oklahoma.
