Kendra Rhone

Kendra Renee Rhone passed away at the age of 33 in Dallas, Texas. Born on September 13, 1990, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kendra's radiant spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew her.

Kendra moved to the Joplin area at the age of ten. She attended Neosho High School and then entered her pursuit of higher education at Crowder College, where she studied elementary education. 







Kendra aspired to be a teacher. Children were naturally drawn to Kendra; her ability to connect with them was nothing short of magical. Kids adored her, and she loved them in return. She was a people person through and through, always ready with an outspoken feisty commentary or a burst of laughter. 

Her love for traveling took her to new places, where she embraced different cultures and experiences with open arms. Shopping and fashion were not just hobbies for Kendra; they were expressions of her spirited approach to life and her love for all things beautiful. Kendra's love for her family was boundless, and it is this love that will remain her enduring legacy.

Survivors include her two adored children, Kysin Ken Irving, of Louisiana, and Kalina Alonzo, of Texas; her mother, Karen Love, and her husband, Richard, of Joplin; her father, Kenneth Manuel, of Tulsa, OK; siblings, Tamecia Lee, and her husband, Marius, of Oklahoma City, Cameron Rhone, of Joplin, Jeremy Rhone, and his wife, Phylis, of Neosho, her twin brother, Kenneth Rhone, of Dallas, Andrea Walker, of Joplin, and Kennisa Manuel, of Tulsa; her stepbrother, Richard Love Jr., of Bella Vista; and numerous nieces and nephews. Kendra was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Jean Esther Johnson, and Shirley Manuel; two aunts, Faith Mahan, and Della Jones; and one cousin, Makayla Mahan.








Homegoing Celebration Services will be held at the New Testament Holiness Church located on 7748 Greenbrier Dr, Neosho, MO 64850. Burial will follow at Osborne Memorial Cemetery in Joplin. Friends and family are invited to attend the memorial repass located at the Lampo Center 500 E Spring Street, Neosho, MO 64850, immediately following burial services. Date and time to be announced.
