(From Lawson's Funeral Home)Bobbie Jane Bullard departed this life on May 18th, 2023, at the age of 78 in Southwest City, MO, surrounded by family. Bobbie was born on March 5, 1945 to Ernest Noble Wofford and Audra Fannie Woolbert.
Bobbie was a member of Cherokee Nation. She worked for several years in the factory industry. Bobbie enjoyed being outdoors, hunting mushrooms, finding wild onions, going to the creek and catching crawdads, cooking and baking. Bobbie also loved spending any other time with her family.
Bobbie is survived by 3 children, Tina Barnes & husband Henry, of Jay, OK, the twins, Wendell Bullard & Wife Carla of Jay, OK and Lendell Bullard & wife Janet of Colcord, OK; brother Howard Wofford & wife Cindy of Bentonville, AR; sister Kay Cooper of Pineville, MO and a whole tribe of Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Bobbie is preceded in death by both parents; 2 sons, Darrell Bullard and Billy John Bullard; 1 daughter, Linda Bullard, and one grandson, Henry Junior Barnes and one sister Clara May Killgore.
Bobbie’s family visitation to greet friends will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Lawson’s Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK. Followed by Bobbie’s funeral procession to her Celebration of Life Graveside Service at 1:00pm, Dickson Cemetery, Cherokee City, AR with Pastor Harold Murray officiating. Bobbie’s burial will be held at Dickson Cemetery, Cherokee City, AR.
