(From Westfield Funeral Home)Carolyn Rose, age 72, of Springdale, Arkansas gained her angel wings on Monday, May 8th, 2023. She was born September 11, 1950 in Carthage, MO.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, Kendal Rose, sister, Cheryl Falzon, and parents, Joseph and Goldie Ward.
Carolyn is survived by her son, Dusty Rose (Kelye), daughter Shana Ward (Mike); three grandchildren, Gabriella Rose, Daisha Watson and Koda Owens, great grandson, Myles Watson, sister, Connie Schooling, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, May 15th at 10am at Westfield Chapel in Springdale, Funeral service will follow at 11am, Burial will be in Fayetteville National Cemetery 700 S. Government Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701,
