(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Darryl Dean Comer passed away at the age of 58, on May 8, 2023 at 1:30 pm following a short illness.
Darryl was born February 14, 1965 to the late Donald Comer and Marsha (Duley) Comer. He lived in Diamond for about 58 years. He was employed over 20 years at Joplin Garden and Lawn. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church of Joplin.
Darryl is survived by his mother Marsha Comer, one brother Darin Comer of Joplin, MO, one son Cody Comer of Neosho, MO, grandson Ben Comer, Daughter Tracy Comer with two grandchildren, nephew Jeremiah and wife Bobbi Comer of Joplin, MO, Niece Samantha and husband Chris Palmer and their three children; Mackenzie, Kyler, and Remington Palmer.
A funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm Friday at Fellowship Baptist Church of Joplin. The family will accept friends for a time of visitation at 1:00 pm prior to the service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
