(From Parker Mortuary)Marco Ramos better known as Tony, age 59, left us on April 29th, 2023 at 3:20PM at Freeman Hospital in Joplin Missouri.
Tony was born June 11, 1963 in Los Angeles California son of Evangalina and Ramon Ramos senior. He grew up in El Sereno where he graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. He also got a college degree in telecommunications.
He married the love of his life Joan Frances Ramos. They were together for 34 years. They lived in San Diego California for 19 years before moving to Joplin Missouri where they lived for the past 15 years.
Tony worked in residential construction and passed before reaching retirement. He had a heart of gold and was one of the most selfless men known to all his beloved friends and family. Tony loved adventure and fantasy films and novels. His gift was his giving and forgiving heart to everyone. No matter the costs Tony put everyone's needs before his own. He was also a protector to the weak, his loyalty laid in standing up for all of those who could not stand up for themselves.
Tony’s memories will forever inspire his family. He touched multiple generations with his love, dedication and loyalty. Tony left his family with a legacy of love that will live on forever. His shoes will never be filled. Survivors include his wife and 4 children, 16 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 4 brothers, 1 sister and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 26th, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 27th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel. Interment to follow at Osborne Memorial Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the special care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
