(From Parker Mortuary)Larry Norman Bellamy, II, age 52 of Joplin, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023 in Joplin.
Larry was born October 13, 1970 in Joplin, and graduated from Joplin High School. He has worked as an independent concrete finisher working for several construction companies in the Joplin area.
He enjoyed being outdoors whether he was fishing, or riding his Harley, but his biggest joys were the times he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by many. He was proud to be an organ donor and help save many lives with his contributions.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Larry N. Bellamy.
Survivors include his wife, Monica Bellamy; his son, Conley Bellamy (Cheyanne Hutchison), daughter, Chloe Bellamy; grandchildren, Willow “Big Stuff” Bellamy and Archer Bellamy all of Joplin; his mother, Rose Bellamy of Joplin; sisters, Shelly Eisenhour (Dale) of Joplin, and Dawn Alexander (Kevin) of Grand Prairie, TX; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date by family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
Give my son and your friend a big hug (Stacy Hylton) for me when you get up there. I’m sure the two of you have a lot of catching up to do. RIP
