(From Midland Cremation Society)Tina Lynnette Dalton (Gideon), 58, of Webb City, MO., departed this life on Friday, April 28, 2023, following a long illness. Despite her complicated battle with medical issues, her courage, determination and faith never wavered.
Tina entered this life on January 3, 1965, in Wichita, KS. She was one of two children born to the late Arthur and Loeita (Woods) Gideon. She grew up in southwest Missouri and attended Central Christian Academy, which is where some of her most fondest memories were created. She navigated several occupations, but her favorite was working alongside her father at National Muffler Shop. Tina had a great love for her children and grandchildren.
Tina is survived by her daughters, Ashley King and husband Jace, of Sarcoxie, MO; April Seifert and husband, Jason, of Frontenac, KS; and son, Aaron Wiland and wife, Anna, of Webb City, MO; sister, Shevone Wise; grandchildren Chloe, Hunter, Greyson, Jameson, and Landyn; several nieces, as well as a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service in celebration of Tina's life will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Central Christian Center - Fellowship Hall, 417 Main St in Joplin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Freeman Health: Dialysis Patient Assistance Fund.
