Valeria Louise Davis Mills born in Jacksonville, Texas, on December 25, 1935 to Flossie Davis Anderson and Charles Davis. She was married to Bobby Gene Mills in 1954 and had four children.
She left her earthly life on November 3, 2023, at her home in Centerton, Arkansas, where she lived with her daughter Debi Officer. She was a strong Christian and will be joining her heavenly family where we will see her again someday.
Valeria loved adult coloring, quilting, crocheting and numerous other talents. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother as well as a great-great grandmother! She will be loved and missed by many and by all.
She is survived by her daughters, Debi Officer of Centerton, Arkansas and Kimberly Mills (Eric Howard) of Powell, Missouri; her sister Charlsie Peters, brother-in-law Alvin Jr Murphy both of Centerton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Misty Smith, William Cook, Derek Officer, John Mills, Bobby Mills, Rachel Tatum, Danielle Garrison Simmons and Joel Weston.
She leaves behind a legacy of a beautiful family including grands that were named Valeria after her several times. She also had an abundance of nieces, nephews and friends. She was a beautiful lady in every way and will be greatly missed by all.
Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Pea Ridge, Arkansas with Pastor Chad Race officiating. Burial will follow at the Centerton Cemetery in Centerton, Arkansas. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5-7:00 p.m. at Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
