Donna Thurston

Donna Jean Thurston, 83, of Monett entered into eternal rest on Saturday December 2, 2023 while at Cox Monett Hospital. She was born in Pierce City, Missouri on August 24, 1940; the daughter of the late Francis and Mable (Gasche) Roberson.

She was a retired LPN and of Catholic Faith.

Donna is survived by one son: Brian Thurston of Monett; three daughters: Evelyn Schottman of Hagerstown, Maryland, Angela Romero of Joplin, Missouri, and Teri Romero of Hayward, California; one sister: Judy Chapman of Pierce City, Missouri; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

  

She was preceded in death by her parents: Francis and Mable and one brother: Regie Roberson.

In accordance with Donna’s wishes she will be cremated with no services being held at this time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
