Marvin Freeman

Marvin Lewis Foreman, age 59, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Marvin was born on April 17, 1965 in Gravette, Arkansas to Jack and Gerldean (Potter) Foreman.

Marvin was a member of the Old Clouds Creek Church. He loved going to the creek on a hot day. He often took his kids swimming and later on took his grandson Dominic to the creek. He liked going to the flea market on weekends. He enjoyed going for long rides out of the country with his 2 pals, Ronny and Lukas. (His dogs) Marvin had a long battle with colon cancer and lung cancer. But he has been healed of all that.

Marvin is preceeded in death by his parents Jack and Ruby Foreman; Sisters Berneice Foreman, Norma Asher and Caroline Foreman; Brothers Tony Foreman and Jackie Foreman.

Marvin is survived by his wife, Claudine (Sixkiller) Foreman; his 2 daughters, Cassie and Bill Moore of Colcord, OK and Kerry Foreman of Colcord, OK; son Mathew Foreman of Colcord, OK; One special grandson, Dominic Moore; his sisters Francis Riggins of West Siloam Springs, AR, Reta Rutherford and husband Russell of South West City, MO; Aunt Mae Wolf of Colcord, OK; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Marvin’s Celebration of Life Wake Service will be held on Monday, 6:00pm, March 17, 2025 at Lawson’s Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Chapel, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK 74346. Followed by his family visitation to greet friends until 8:00pm.







Marvin’s Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 2:00pm, March 18, 2025 at Old Clouds Creek Baptist Church, 494 CR, Colcord, OK 74338 with Pastor Leo Bird officiating. Followed by Marvin’s funeral procession to Clouds Creek Cemetery, Colcord, OK.

Marvin’s burial will be held at Clouds Creek Cemetery, Colcord, OK.
