(From Greenfield Funeral Chapel)Patty Lou (Wilson) Beerly, of Golden City, MO, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026 in her home at the age of 73.
Patty was born on February 26, 1953 to her parents, Elmer and Lola Wilson. She attended Greenfield High School where she met her husband of 56 years, Lewis. Patty and Lewis were married on Sept 11, 1970. They lived in Dade county, Missouri and eventually bought their farm in Lockwood in 1996. They raised cows and kept their family close by for the next 30 years. Lewis passed away earlier this year. Patty missed him immensely and has joined him in Heaven.
She is survived by her sisters, Linda Elliot, Marilyn Pirtle, and Jo Grider. She had three children that she loved very much, Ryan, Angela, and Andrea. She also had four grandchildren, Jack Purinton, Makenzie Purinton, Allie Harmon, and Raddler Beerly.
Patty was a doting mother. She was very proud of her children and their lives. Patty was a loving grandmother and adored her grandchildren. She had three dogs that were always with her, keeping her busy.
Patty was an avid plant lover. She spent time every day in her yard tending to her flowers and plants. Patty liked cooking for her family and took pride in her kitchen gadgetry. She also enjoyed her trips to the thrift stores and antique shops in the area.
Patty was a very special woman and her absence has been deeply profound by those who loved her.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Greenfield Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Greenwood-Kistler Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at www.greenfieldfuneralchapel.com.
