Julie Ann Alderman Douglass , 67 passed from this life on September 7, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Julie was born on April 17, 1952 in Winfield, Kansas to Jesse Lee and Esther 'Finuf' Alderman. She attended school and graduate from Strong City, Kansas. 

From her marriage to Benny Douglass, three children were born, Darby, Marci and Shad. Julie loved to travel even if it meant climbing in the cab of a truck to make deliveries with Darby. She once even got her CDL and drove for 1 year over the road to see more of the country. She enjoyed scrapbooking, photography and most of all spending time with her family and friends. 

Julie is survived by her children Darby and Georgia Douglass of Glencoe, Oklahoma; Marci 'Douglass' Friend of Kingsland, Georgia and Shad Douglass and Jeanie Galbraith of Guthrie, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren Shaylee Johnson, Cory Douglass, Maddison and Addison Douglass, Robert Friend, Courtney Friend, Tiffany Friend, Christopher Welch, Makayla Galbraith, Malachi Galbraith, Madison Galbraith and Kylee Douglass; eight great grandchildren Braxton Johnson, Harper Johnson, Jamielynn McIntyre, Troy McIntyre, Liam Friend, Meyci Galbraith, Maveric Overturf, McKinnley Galbraith and her sisters, Linda Henderson of Spur, Texas; Janice Fletcher of Neosho and Debbie Alderman of Phoenix, Arizona. 

She is preceded in death by her parents.
