Jackie Lee "Jack" Daggett, age 66, of Webb City, Missouri, passed peacefully at his home on Saturday, December 23, 2017.
Jack was born on June 14, 1951 in Joplin, Missouri to Martha (Haase) and Charles Daggett and was one of nine siblings.
Jack retired from Cardinal Scale in Webb City, Missouri after 40+ years experience as a welder. In his spare time, Jack enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He worked on cars and trucks when he had the chance. Always a practical jokester, he loved playing jokes on his family and watching scary movies. Most of all though, his time spent with family made him the most happy and he surrounded himself with their love any chance he had.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ronnie Daggett, Lonnie Daggett & Charlie Daggett, Jr.
Jack is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mary Daggett; two daughters Patty Hall and husband Will of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Ashley Barlett and husband Tony of Carterville, Missouri, one son, Todd Daggett and wife, Tammy of Webb City, Missouri; Also, left to cherish his memory are grandchildren, Kyle Daggett, Nathan Tuggle, Dylan Hall, Gavin Daggett, Grant Daggett, Grace Daggett and Cooper Troutman; and beloved great-granddaughters Ava & Mya Daggett; sisters, Sis Chaddock, Tina Vickers and husband David, and Corey Daggett; brothers Kevin Daggett and wife Cindy and Terry Daggett and wife Vickie. Also, survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Services will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 3 pm at Parker Mortuary Chapel, 1502 S. Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804, followed by visitation at the mortuary.
The family asks that you please join them for a Celebration of Life at Lifepoint Church, 1700 S. Prosperity, Joplin, Missouri at 5 pm. A pot-luck dinner will be served.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to assist with Jack's funeral expenses: Parker Mortuary, 1502 S. Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804.
