Treva M. Wolgamott, 95, Neosho, gently passed after a long life on December 10, 2017, in Neosho, MO. She was born Jan. 24, 1922 in Stark City, MO to Charles Henry and Junie Mae (Estes) Paden. Treva was a lifelong resident of the area and was a homemaker. In 1945, she became a member of the Hillcrest Church of Christ, where she was a Sunday School teacher. When her sons were small, Treva took on the role of PTA President. On April 21, 1945, Treva married Dale L. Wolgamott in Stark City, MO; on Oct. 23, 2008, he preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sons: Monte Wolgamott and wife, Brooke, of Ft. Worth, TX and Miles P. Wolgamott and wife, Dorothy, of Neosho, MO; four grandchildren: Paul, David, Dustin, and Brice Wolgamott; eight great grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Ariel, Lyndsey, Jacob, Zachary, Daniel, Roxxi, and Isis; one sister: Neva Kilber and husband, Harold, of Mesa, AZ; and brother in law, Tom Muskrat, Carthage, MO. In addition to her husband, Treva was preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd Paden and a sister, Betty Muskrat.
Services will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 13, 2007 at the Hillcrest Church of Christ, Neosho, with Evangelist Danny Boggs officiating. Interment will follow at the Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery, with Paul, David, Dustin, Brice, Jacob, and Zachary Wolgamott serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 5 - 6 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
