Linda Kay Roberds, age 71, Webb City, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at her home, following an extended illness.
Linda was born January 7, 1946 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to the late James Clark McKee and Lillian Belle Moist McKee. She graduated from Neosho High School in 1964 and later became a hair stylist. Linda loved to help people, working as a realtor, paralegal and even owning her own children's store called "Jenny's Sugar and Spice". Her most important job was a homemaker, in which she did a wonderful job raising three girls.
She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Clark Gough-Niles and husband, Jereme of Brighton, Colorado, Reanette Yvette "Evi" Gough of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rachel Kay Roberds of Webb City; sister, Deborah Sue Bernett and husband, David of Carthage; brother, Earl Clean Laney and wife, Jan of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to either, American Cancer Society or American Heart Association, both in care of the mortuary.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
