Bill Camp

William “Billy” Floyd Camp 80 of Pea Ridge passed away June 29, 2024, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. He was born August 8, 1943, in Fort Benning Georgia the son of William Floyd Camp and Helen Ruth Burrows Camp. 

Bill was a Retired Boat Mechanic; and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Vacations were spent at the lake with family and friends waterskiing, playing guitars, and singing around campfires. 







Bill loved being around people and telling stories of his younger years and the pranks they would play on one another. We are sure he’s rejoicing with his grandparents, parents and siblings now. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, his siblings Edna Phillips, Barbara Kelly, Ray, Jackie, and Tommy Camp.

William is survived by his wife Phyllis Camp of Pea Ridge; three children, Billy Dean Camp of Eucha, Oklahoma, Tina Sherrice Mitchell and husband Dan of Powell, Missouri, Kelly Boyd and husband James Amelang of Pea Ridge; his brother James Camp and wife Rebecca of Stevens, Arkansas; his grandchildren Alexander Vanhook of Cave Springs, Arkansas, Bradley Thomas of Weilerbach, Germany with wife Sydney Thomas, Payton Boyd of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Spencer Stevens of North Charleston, South Carolina; his Great Grandchildren Sophia Vanhook of Huntsville, Arkansas, Tobyn Thomas of Weilerbach, Germany, Maryn Thomas of Weilerbach, Germany.








Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2024, at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. A second service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Lewis Funeral Home, 420 N. Jackson, Magnolia, Arkansas.

Bill’s increment will be at the Philadelphia Cemetery in Magnolia, Arkansas with his grandparents William and Ola Camp who he lovingly referred to as poppa and momma.
