Travis passed away Friday, July 19, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 27.
Travis enjoyed hunting and playing with his children, nieces, and nephews. He chose to help others by becoming an organ donor.
He is also survived by his mother Diana Yates of Berryville, Arkansas; his son Cameron Yates, daughter Emma Yates, and bonus daughter Alexa Schanke all of Branson, Missouri; siblings Emily Yates, of Oak Grove, Megan Boykin and husband Nick of Nixa, Carson Yates of Oak Grove, Jessica Alexander of Joplin, Catherine Collins of Farmington, Amanda Bishop and husband Chris of Green Forest, David Yates and wife Tracey of Conway, Amy Woods and husband Alan of Cedarville, Josh Yates of Alma; grandmother Margaret Yates of Pflugerville, Texas, several nieces, nephews, many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Travis is preceded in death by his father Robert Yates.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 29, 2024, at Boyd Church of God with Pastor Les Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Hale Cemetery.
