Don Moser

Donald Ray Moser, Jr., age 65, Joplin, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.

Don was born November 13, 1958 in Joplin, son of the late Donald Ray Moser and Nancy Sue (Hunsucker) Moser. He grew up in Joplin attending Joplin schools before graduating from Memorial High School in 1976. He worked for a couple of years with Herrod Packing and Atlas Powder before going to work for Schreiber Cheese in Carthage. He worked many jobs with them over the years and retired as a forklift driver after over 40 years of service. 






He enjoyed his time spent with family, and was devoted to his wife, Brenda. He was a coin collector over the years, and also enjoyed classic cars. He was currently working on a 1953 Chevy pick-up truck. He was devastated by the passing of his wife, Brenda whom he married on June 18, 1991, she passed away on December 8, 2023.

Survivors include his sister, Rebecca Perry and husband Jerry, nephews, Christopher Perry and wife Heidy and Brett Perry and wife Lauren all of Edmond, OK; great-nephew Noah and great-niece, Dani.








Committal of his ashes will be at a later date next to his wife, Brenda at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
