Benny Stanley

Benny Dale Stanley, age 69, of Ridgley, Missouri, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at this home.

He was born August 3, 1950 in Ridgley, Missouri the son of Ben Walter and Willadean (Robbins) Stanley, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were one brother, Ballard Stanley and a step-son, Oscar Morales.

Surviving are five sons, Quinn Stanley of Stella, Missouri, Scott Stanley of Monett, Missouri, Dusty Stanley of Anderson, Missouri, Ben Stanley of Cassville, Missouri and Kevin Stanley of Lawrence, Kansas; one daughter, Karri Berry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one sister, Gail Eastep of Rogers, Arkansas; two step-sons, Hector Morales and Sergio Morales all of Agua Prieta, Mexico; thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.








Benny received his education in Wheaton, Missouri. Most of his life was spent in the Ridgley area except of eight years when he lived in Mexico. During the Vietnam War he served three years in the United States Army. For many years he raised dogs and he also did odd jobs and helped in the chicken industry. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Washburn and the Lions Club.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Washburn. Brother Richard Jones will conduct the services.

Cremation arrangements are under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton.
