Brian Quintin Lee, age 44 of Carl Junction, passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.
Brian was born August 3, 1971 to Robert E. Lee and Angela Ross Horton in Columbus, Kansas. Brian was a huge drag racing fan and loved music of all sorts including going to concerts. He was known for picking the best mushrooms for his family. Brian worked as a Chief Tech for Jay Hawk Fine Chemical also known as Evonik.
On March 22, 2014, Brian married Lisa Cummings in Oronogo, Missouri. She survives of the home in Carl Junction.
Additional survivors include sons, Austin and Nathan Lee, both of Joplin, Jordon Lee of the home; daughter, Vallyn Lee of the home; step sons, Carson and Chase Greene of the home; mother, Angela Horton and husband, Duane of Joplin; father, Robert E. "Sonny" Lee of Waco; brothers, Adam Lee and wife, Candice of Joplin and Clinton Lee and wife, Rachel of Joplin; sisters, Amanda Lee of Lufkin, Jennifer Horton of Joplin; step brother, Eric Horton of Clarksville, TN.; step sister, Heidi Loggins of Cedar Falls, IA.; grandson, Jensen of Carl Junction many extended family and friends that will miss Brian greatly.
Services are planned for Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Parker Mortuary. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 3-4:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Rev. Rex Robertson and Randy Cummings will officiate.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
