Phillis Nevill, 78, of Carthage passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016 at her home. She was born August 12, 1937 in Ozark, MO. She was the daughter of George Pippin and Lorrain "Kyger" Pippin. Phillis was a homemaker.
Phillis married Eugene Nevill on June 17, 1974 in Clinton, MO. He preceded her in death May, 1992.
Phillis is survived by three sons, Rocky Sander of Mountainburg, Arkansas, Jimmy Sanders of Carterville, MO and Johnny Nevill of Carthage, MO and one daughter, Sandy Jo Coffman of Joplin, two sisters; Hazel O'Banion of Carterville, MO and Helen Stafford of Peculiar, MO, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Phillis was preceded in death by one son Tim Nevill.
Memorial Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Reeds Cemetery in Reeds, MO.
