Don Baldwin

Don O. Baldwin, age 80 of Joplin, passed away at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at National Healthcare Center.

Born December 23, 1935 in Joplin, he was the son of the late C.O. (Ted) Baldwin and Frances Naomi Jasper Baldwin and lived in Joplin his lifetime. He worked at Joplin Building Materials for many years. He was a member of Park Plaza Christian Church.

In 1956, he married Beverly J. Jackson in Joplin. She survives.

Additional survivors include a son, Bob Baldwin of Joplin; a grandson, Rob Baldwin and wife Kaitlin of Joplin; and great-grandson, Zachary Isaiah Baldwin of Joplin.

Don was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Lee Baldwin, on November 19, 2014.

Graveside services will be held 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, February 2nd at Forest Park Cemetery with Dr. Colleen Carroll officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
