Frances E. Ruttgen, age 77, of Joplin, Missouri formerly of Oswego, Kansas passed away suddenly on January 23, 2016.
She was born September 28, 1938 in Oswego, Kansas to Paul and Stella (Phillips) Sullivan.
Frances worked at several different types of employment, but spent most of her working years as a farm wife.
She married Wayne Ruttgen and he preceded her in death on January 7, 1989. She is also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jack Sullivan and Donald Sullivan; two great-nephews; and one great-niece.
Frances is survived by one brother, Richard Sullivan, Lowell, Arkansas; one sister, Janet King, Oswego, Kansas; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016 at the Lake Creek Union Cemetery near Chetopa, Kansas with Darrin King officiating.
