Rayma F. Hance, age 68, of Carl Junction, Mo. passed away at 11:30 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2016 at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin.
Rayma was born September 17, 1947 in Joplin and lived in Carl Junction most of her life. Rayma was employed with Modine Mfg. Co. in Joplin for the last 32 years, and was a member of the Modine 20/30 Club. She loved to cook, garden, and attend garage sales, always looking for a bargain. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and loved her trips to the Casino.
Rayma married Bill Hance October 1, 1965 in Carl Junction and he survives. Additional survivors include three daughters, Julie Hance, and Becky Hance, both of Carl Junction, and Chelsea Hance, of Joplin, one sister, Lela White and husband Harry, of Raytown, Mo., and six grandchildren, Alexis, Aiden, Cash, Rion, Jazmyne, and Keaguin.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Mason-Woodard Chapel with Rev. Bob Simon officiating. Private family burial will follow at the Carl Junction Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Mortuary. Memorial contributions are requested to the Carl Junction Fire Department in care of the Mortuary.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary of Joplin, Mo.
