Ernest Denver Fletcher, 89, of Jacket, Missouri died July 12, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.

He was born February 4, 1935 in Washburn, Missouri to Harold Barron Fletcher and Lois Cynthia Mahurin Fletcher. He married Ethel Mae Henbest July 27, 1954. He was a cattle and turkey farmer and ran a custom butchering business. Ernest loved to garden, fish with his friends and family and rabbit hunt. He loved spending time with his family and was a member of the Antioch Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ethel Mae and siblings, Edward Fletcher, Jimmy Fletcher, Lorene Tidwell, Marcella Fletcher; and son-in-law, David Treadwell.

Survivors are two daughters, Brenda Sue Treadwell of Jacket, Sarah “Jeannie” Wickham (Eugene) of Jacket; siblings, Gene Fletcher (Virginia) of Lockwood, Mo., Evelyn Fletcher of Pea Ridge, Ar.; grandchildren, Allen and wife Lexa, Mickie and husband Tim, Joshua and wife Deedra, Jacob and wife Marie and Leslie and husband Ben; nine great-grandchildren, Bremi, Ethan, Lyla, Tucker, Peyton, Jonah, Jordyn, Hattie, Leighton and many friends and extended family.

Graveside service is set for 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 15, 2024 at Antioch Cemetery in Jacket, Missouri. No Visitation.
