Angela Joline Mahan lost her long battle with cancer on December 9th, 2015.
Angi was born to Kenneth Lee and Joan Phyllis Mahan on June 3rd, 1966, in Orange CA. She was raised in Thornton CO. and then her family moved to Missouri where she attended numerous schools finally graduating from the high school her grandma attended in Eminence MO. Angi raised her children in Webb City Missouri, and spend many happy years in Malvern, Arkansas with her true love Tom. Angi moved to Noel MO during a courageous battle with cancer to live closer to her family.
Anybody that met Angi knew immediately she marched to the beat of a different drum. She was funny and witty and utterly unique. She loved people and they were drawn to her as well. Angi
fancied herself a fine driver (she wasn’t). She prided herself on finding the best bargain, (she did). She loved flowers, and jewelry and fine old and obscure things.
Angi never failed to amaze those close to her. Her grace when dealing with her illness, her complete understanding of her family and children, was inspirational. We are better for having known our beautiful little butterfly and blessed to have been able to be a part of her life. Angi is preceded in death by her mate Tom Bryant, her father Kenneth Mahan, a nephew and grandparents.
Angi is survived by her Mother, Joan Mahan and her sister Vicki of Springfield MO; son Kyle and
Krissy Lewis of Webb City MO; daughter Amanda Lewis of Columbia MO; her sister Kristina and
Ernest Hartley of Noel MO; the apple of her eye, 4 beautiful grandchildren, her favorite Aunt Toni
and Uncle Steve Emery of Eminence MO; Uncle Craig and Melody Hall of Aurora CO; Uncle Gene of Phoenix AZ; cousins, loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends also survive
Angi.
