Quincy Westover

Quincy Ivan Westover, 41, Neosho, died December 5, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, following a short illness. 

He was born August 13, 1974 in Butler, Missouri, the son of Ivan Westover and Sharon Thomas. Quincy moved to Neosho from Nevada, Missouri in 2008 and worked as a mechanical engineer. He was a member of Cross Church in Neosho and Carpenters for Christ. He loved to build and do projects and was involved with mission works. 

Quincy married Julie Glenn on November 13, 2010 in Archie, Missouri, and she survives. Also surviving are his parents, Ivan Westover of Amoret, MO and Sharon Thomas of Freeman, MO; seven children, Haley Long, Autumn Long, Austin Long, all of Neosho, Brandon Westover, Kyle Westover, Jonathan Westover, all of Nevada, and Jacob Long of Savannah, GA; and three sisters, Tina Burns of Butler, MO, Tiffany Richmond of Amoret, MO and Anita Ramsey of Florida.

The visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 am-10:00 am Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at
