Kathleen Mode, 72, Springfield, died December 26, 2015 at her home, with family by her side.
She was born August 6, 1943 in Stella, Missouri, the daughter of Roland and Cleo (Bowman) Garrison. Kathleen graduated from Rocky Comfort High School in 1961.
Following graduation, she moved to Kansas City where she met and married Ronald Mode. They lived there until moving to Springfield in 1992. Kathleen was a homemaker and a member of Rocky Comfort Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Ronald, and one daughter, Paula Mode. Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents.
