Rita (Stubbs) Galbraith, age 67 of Webb City, Missouri passed away at her home Monday December 21, 2015 following a lengthy illness.
She was born April 30, 1948 in Lovell, Wyoming to Ross and Avis Hastings Stubbs.
Rita was a homemaker and also had a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus of Latter Day Saints.
She married Michael Galbraith on June 22, 1968 and he survives. Rita is also survived by two sons; Michael D. Galbraith Jr. and wife Beth, David Lehi, five daughters; Misti Leigh Rennick and husband Tony, Cassandra Cleavland and husband Bryan, Cathryn Burt and husband Tony, Suzanna Tolman and husband Kevin, Nanette Lemmon and husband Aaron, two sisters; Maryhelen Hampton, Elaine Downs, and 22 grandchildren.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, James Wetzel.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday December 28, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (2107 Indiana Ave) with Bishop Bruce Westwood officiating. Burial will follow at the Oronogo Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home Webb City, Missouri.
