Mrs. Olive May Morgan, 91, of Southwest City, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at the Freeman Hospital in Neosho, Missouri, after a recent decline in health.
Olive entered this life on July 12, 1924, in Mills Creek, Arkansas, born to the union of the late Walker Miles Fields and Eva Kyes (Edwards) Fields. She was raised and attended school in Madison County Arkansas. Throughout her life she was a hardworking and devoted homemaker and farmer. Olive has lived on her farm in Southwest City, Missouri, since 1981.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, Kenneth Baley and Joe Morgan; three children, Barbara Hudson, Kenneth Baley and Chester Leon Stacy-Baley; and all of her siblings.
Olive is survived by her three children, Sandra Andrews and Bill Weber, of Goodman, Missouri, Gerald Baley and wife, Lola, of Southwest City, Missouri and Don Baley and wife, Bonnie, of Humansville, Missouri; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Graveside funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the Patrick Cemetery in Patrick, Arkansas, with Pastor Lester Elam officiating. Those honoring her life by serving as pallbearers are Cody Medley, Dustin Baily, Weston Andrews, Sammy Ervin, Rusty Eastman and Josh Benshoof. Matt Medley, Andy Andrews, Dale Baley, Kyle Baley, Richard Baley, Justen Benshoof, Larry Wilkes and Ben Patrick will be serving as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10-11:00 a.m. in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes.
