Kevin Roy Stepp, age 37, Joplin, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at his home after a sudden illness.
Kevin was born August 9, 1978 to Roy Stepp and Diana Capp Stepp in Joplin. He was a life-long resident of Joplin, graduating with the class of 1996 from Joplin High School. Kevin attended classes through Crowder College and worked as a HVAC Technician for Sugar Creek Packing in Frontenac, Kansas.
Those surviving Kevin are a son, Charlie of Joplin; daughter, Katelin of Seneca; parents, Roy and Diana Stepp of Joplin; brother, Jason and his wife, Shanda of Webb City; nephew, Evan Stepp of Webb City; grandmother, Betty Capp Woods and many extended family and friends.
Preceding Kevin in death are grandparents, Raymond and Barbara Capp, Cecilia Stepp Bayne and J.E. Stepp.
A memorial service is planned for Tuesday, Dec 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Parker Mortuary. Rev. Ed Stepp officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
