R. Diane Jones, 77, Neosho, passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, May 21, 2019, following a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Dianne was born on March 19, 1942, the daughter of David and Irene Williamson. She worked as an office nurse at Sale Memorial Hospital for Dr. Lentz and then for Dr. Barnes.
Following her retirement, Dianne owned and operated Neosho Gifts, Etc. on the square in Neosho.
Diane is survived by her husband, Larry, who was her loving caregiver; four daughters, Kristi (Mike) Williamson, Kim (Paul) Forester, Suzi (John) Howsmon and Stacy (Mike) Crowder; eight grandchildren, Blake, Jake, Ben, Dusty, Jobie, Madison, Rachel and Cooper and great grandchildren, Jantsen, Gavin, Jones, Marlow and Brooks.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant grandson, Jacob Jesse Cox and a brother, Rip Williamson.
