Joe David Boswell, Sr., 81 of Wentworth, Missouri, entered into rest on May 21, 2019 at his home. Joe was born December 15, 1987 in Wentworth and was a lifelong area resident.
He was a divisional manager for Barrett Mobile Home Transportation before retirement. He enjoyed being with his family, being outdoors, mowing and going to the casino.
Joe and Frances M. (Carver) were married on May 25, 1956 in LaRussell, Missouri and she preceded him in death on July 23, 2012.
Joe is survived by two children, Patti Ireland of Wentworth and Joe David Boswell, Jr. and wife, Jennifer of Molalla, Oregon; two brothers, Pete Boswell of Waxahachie, Texas and Buck Boswell of Phoenix, Arizona; three sisters, Marie Dame of Carthage, Helen Sageser of Sarcoxie and Barbara Ann Selland of Mitchell, South Dakota; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters.
Joe's wishes were to be cremated and no services to be held.
