Steven Carl Thomas, age 57, of Cape Fair, Missouri, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
He was born October 7, 1961 in Purdy, Missouri, the son of Henry and Darlene Barbara Ann (Daniel) Thomas, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Brandy Venice Thomas of Springfield, Missouri and Cynthia Michelle Nelson of McAlester, Oklahoma; three sisters, Kimberly Ann Ginther and her husband John of Cape Fair, Missouri, Christie Dawn Goodson and her husband Larry of Joplin, Missouri and Jamie Leigh Sturgel and her husband Toby of Cape Fair, Missouri; two grandchildren, London Sky Goodson and Isaac Isaiah Thomas Ginther and fifteen other grandchildren.
Steven grew up in Barry County and received his education in Monett. For many years he enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father and being a great outdoorsman. He loved the Lord and his family.
Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
