Leo H. Hudson, age 104, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Northwest Medical Center of Springdale.
He was born March 9, 1915 in LeAnn, Missouri, the son of Jess R. and Clara (Hilton) Hudson.
On August 24, 1940 in Carr Lane, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Ola Keeland, who preceded him in death on August 28, 2003. Also preceding him in death were his parents; two daughters, Connie and Bev; one son, Donnie; one sister, Virginia and one brother.
Surviving are two brothers, Charles Hudson of Waco, Missouri and Glenn Hudson of Blackwell, Oklahoma; one sister, Betty of Webb City, Missouri; two granddaughters, Denise Stockburger of Rogers, Arkansas and Chrystal Adams of Fayetteville, Arkansas; five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Leo received his education in LeAnn, Missouri. After he and Ola were married, they moved to a farm east of Viola. From 1948 until 1976 they ran a dairy farm near Hilltop and also owned and operated Hudson’s Dairy Inn for two years in the 1960’s. In 1994 they moved to Springdale to make their home.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Milford Baker will conduct the services. Burial will be at McCullough Cemetery in Viola.
