Vicki Marie Bridges, 74, Neosho, MO entered into rest on May 12, 2019. She was born in Miami, OK on August 6, 1944 to William and Maude Madelene (Barber) Martin.
Vicki was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Stella High School. She was of the Christian faith and was a registered Cherokee. Vicki loved doing crafts and had previously owned and operated a ceramic shop; she loved baking, cooking, and gardening; for a time she worked at Steward Cleaners and in the dietary department at Freeman Hospital in Neosho; she was also an avid musician and loved to play the piano.
Vicki is survived by five children: Mark Bridges of Neosho, David Bridges of Neosho, Stephanie Heidrick of Seneca, Brenda Crane of Carl Junction, and Janice Bridges of Alba; two brothers: William Edward Martin of Dade City, FL and Thomas Martin of Granby; two sisters: Jeanne Ann Tamez of San Antonio, TX and Tamra Price of Beggs, OK; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Melvin Bridges (May 28, 2009); one son, Duane Bridges; and two brothers, Kenneth Martin and Michael Martin.
Services will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO. Interment will follow in Gibson Cemetery, Neosho. The family will have a time of visitation on Tuesday, May 14 from 5 pm until 7 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
