Richard David Rosenow, 74, Granby, MO passed away May 25, 2019 after a short, unexpected illness. He was born March 16, 1945 in Ottawa County, OK to Arthur W. and Madelyn (DuShane) Rosenow. He lived in the Seneca, Wyandotte, and Granby areas most of his life, except for ten years in California during the 1960s.
Richard had worked as an automobile mechanic and also in the construction industry. He loved to hunt and fish. Richard was an Eastern Shawnee Tribal member.
He and Jennie (Burnett) were married September 15, 1973 in Miami, OK; she survives of the home.

Richard is also survived by four children, Linda Nichols, Tina Hawkins, Carl (Lori) Riggs, and Brian Rosenow; one brother, Allen G. Rosenow; three sisters, Sandi Probst, Kathi Lewis, and Anette Stingley; seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Pounds.
Services will be 10 am, Friday, May 31, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home, Granby Chapel, Granby, MO. Interment will follow at Seneca Cemetery, Seneca, MO. A time of visitation will be held at Clark Funeral Home, Granby, MO on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
