Elbert "Jack" Warner, age 89, graduated to heaven on May 11, 2019.
He is survived by his four beloved children, Cyndie Gardner and husband Barry, Tulsa, Mark Warner Joplin, Athena Dean and husband Rick, Tulsa, Tanya Cartright and husband Allen, Tulsa, a sister Vera Osborne, Rochester, NY and three granddaughters he adored, Amariah and Emerald Dean and Selena Cartright.
Jack served in the Air Force as military Staff Sergeant during Korean War in Tokyo, Japan and considered it an honor to serve his country. He retired from SperryVickers Corporation in Joplin. He loved to read his Bible, Louie L'Amour westerns and anything about WWII. We are blessed to know, that because of Jesus Christ, we will see him one day again. His favorite Psalm was Psalm 103..."Bless the Lord oh my Soul and forget not His benefits."
Viewing will be at Clark Funeral Home, Thursday, May 16, through out the day and a Grave side service at Oakwood Cemetery (6 miles south of Neosho at junction of AA and Jaguar roads) on Friday, May 17th at 11:30. A pot luck celebration of his life will be held immediately afterwards at Oakwood.
