Steven Brown

Steven “Brownie” Brown, 60, of Webb City, passed away on August 3rd in Joplin Missouri. Steven was born in Joplin, Missouri to Carolyn and Riley Brown on September 21st, 1962. He graduated from Webb City High School in 1980. 

He married the love of his life, Becki on January 31, 2008, in Webb City, but they were together over 19 years. He worked as a taxi driver for several years.

He loved to play his harmonica, he was self taught and loved to play with several bands from the area. He was also and avid pool player and met several life long friends from his love of playing the Harmonica and being in pool leagues.

Steven is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn, his wife, Becki, his sister, Susan, and his father, Riley. 

He is survived by his daughter, Alexi, 26, of Webb City, stepson Shane Mullins, 34, of Webb City, sister Janet Coe and husband Stu of Carl Junction, brother Richard, of Carl Junction, plus a multitude of family and friends.

A memorial service is set for Thursday, August 10th at 6:30 at Servants church, 1090 N Madison St, Webb City, MO 64870. Visitation to follow.
