Anthony C. Cox, age 50, Joplin, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015, saving his child and another child from drowning in a drainage ditch on 7th Street.
Anthony was a laborer at Missouri Steel Castings for several years.
A memorial service is planned for Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at God's Resort Community Center, 1501 S. Pearl Ave, Joplin.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
