Donald Gene Howard, age 76 of Joplin, Missouri passed away Sunday August 2, 2015 following an illness.
He was born September 20, 1938 in Joplin, Missouri to Jess and Alice (Motley) Howard.
Donald served in the United States Army and retired from FAG Bearing.
He married Myrna Thompson on June 22, 1964 in Joplin, Missouri and she survives. He is also survived by a son; Carmine Howard, two brothers; Lee Howard, Frances Howard, one sister; Beulah Letts, five grandchildren; Shasha, Scott, Jacob, Farris, Jessica, and six great grandchildren.
Donald was preceded in death by four brothers; Gary Howard, Junior Howard, Fred Howard, Bobby Howard, and three sisters; Leona Ireland, Hazel Daniels, and Lola Harvey.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 8, 2015 at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
