Robert Lee Palmer, 86, Sarcoxie, MO, passed away on Sunday August 9, 2015 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center, Carthage, MO. Robert Palmer was born June 10, 1929 to the late Marion Palmer and Lola Baucom. He married Millicent Lasiter on May 3, 1986 in Jasper, MO. He was a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife; Millicent Palmer; seven children; Janel (Mike) Gun, Carterville, MO, Janese (Rick) Johnson, Carthage, MO, Shane (Monica) Lasiter, Springfield, OH, Robert Palmer Jr., Lamar, MO, Marion Palmer, Sarcoxie, MO, Richard (Christy) Palmer, Carthage, MO, and Loeta Moore Springfield, OH; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 3:00 PM in Carterville Cemetery, Carterville, MO. Online condolences may be expressed through www.knellmortuary.com. Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Knell Mortuary, Carthage, MO.
