(From McQueen Funeral Home)Billie R. Mize, age 66, of Wheaton, Missouri, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at her home.
She was born November 18, 1954 in Marshall, Arkansas the daughter of LeRoy and Ruth (Williams) VanZandt.
On August 9, 1972 in Wheaton, Missouri she was united in marriage to Fred Mize, who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Amos Mize and his wife Ashley of Pierce City, Missouri; one daughter, Heather Bollinger and her husband Walker of Washburn, Missouri; one brother, Jimmy VanZandt and his wife Kathy of Bolivar, Missouri; two sisters, Willa Cook and her husband Danny of Nixa, Missouri and LeAnn Hudson and her husband Shane of Webb City, Missouri and four grandchildren, Caleb and Andrew Bollinger and Hunter and Keagan Mize.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Billie was a graduate of Wheaton High School and spent most of her life in Wheaton, Missouri. She was a stay at home mom, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Some of her favorite pastimes were shopping and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton.
