(From White Funeral Home)Kenny Ray Aldridge, age 61, of Purdy, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Mr. Aldridge, son of Lanny Ross and Frances Lorene (Haworth) Aldridge, was born on March 23, 1959, in Purdy.
He was a 1977 Purdy High school graduate and went on to become a well-known heavy equipment operator. Kenny worked many years for Kenny Singer Construction in Aurora, until his retirement, making many friendships along the way. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include one daughter, Lindsey Maddocks and her husband Kelby, of Miller; two sons, Kent Aldridge, of Monett, and Kyle Aldridge and his wife Courtney, of Neosho; four grandchildren, Alice, Daxton, Kallahan, and Maelynn; his father, Lanny Ross Aldridge, of Cassville; two brothers, Denny Aldridge, Benny Aldridge and his wife Rachel, all of Purdy; one sister, Lora Terry and her husband Dale, of Purdy; and several nieces and nephews.
Kenny was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, with Pastor Curtis Bradley officiating; burial to follow at Gunter Cemetery in Butterfield.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24th at the funeral home.
