(From Parker Mortuary)Paul Martin Duncan, age 66, Galena, Kansas, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at his home.
Paul was born August 7, 1954 in Joplin, son of the late Paul Ishmael Duncan and Maudine Wanda Yockham Duncan. He grew up in Galena, and graduated from Galena High School.
He worked for years as a Police Officer for the City of Galena, and later at Eagle Picher in Galena, and also worked in maintenance for Wal-Mart at the locations on 7th Street in Joplin.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene Ruth Boness Duncan; brothers, Steve Duncan of Jay, Oklahoma, Brian Duncan and wife Kelly of Galena; sisters, Debbie Christman and husband Jim of Joplin, and Kim Richards and husband Jim of Baxter Springs, Kansas; step-sons, Daniel Williams of Springfield, Missouri, and step-daughter, Kathy Fogg and husband Anthony of Dickerson, Texas.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, Galena.
The family will receive friends at Parker Mortuary on Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
