(From Clark Funeral Home)Mary Lou Brown, Stark City, Missouri passed away November 26, 2020 at the age of 76 years. Mary was born September 17, 1944 in Wheaton, MO to Reba (Wormington) and Herrel Elzie Eden.
She was a lifelong area resident and had worked as an office nurse for Dr. George Olive at Sale Memorial Hospital for 35 years. Mary was a lifetime member of Newtonia Baptist Church. She loved to sew, enjoyed cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and especially spending time at the lake with her twin sister.
Mary and Jerry Brown were married July 26, 1963 at Newtonia Baptist Church and he survives of the home.
She is also survived by two sons, Jim Brown and wife, Sheri of Ft. Worth, TX and Terry Brown and girlfriend, Robin of Granby, MO; her twin sister, Alice Shinn and husband, Glen of Bryan, TX; and two grandchildren, Gordon Brown and Jackson Brown. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Shirley Benton.
Private graveside services will be 10:00 am, Monday, November 30, 2020 at Newtonia IOOF Cemetery. Due to health concerns from the COVID virus, no viewing or visitation will be held.
