(From Ozark Funeral Home)George Allen Homler, 58, of Southwest City, Missouri, departed this life on Monday, July 12, 2021, in Joplin, Missouri.
Allen entered this life on January 24, 1963, in Gravette, Arkansas, born to Shirley Homler and the late Raymond Leon Homler.
Allen was a family man through and through and happiest when he was with his family. When he wasn’t spending time with his family, he enjoyed fishing, working on vehicles, listening to music, and camping at Grand Lake, on Patricia Island.
He is preceded in death by his father and his two sisters.
He is survived by his second wife, Terrie Proia, and current wife, Lorena Homler; his son, Brent Homler and wife, Angel Homler, his daughter, Kasi Roberts and husband, Corey Roberts,; seven grandchildren, Brian Homler, C.J. Roberts, Jer Hutchinson, Kobi Cantrell, Reni Roberts, Brayden Homler, and Johnny Roberts; along with a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss George.
